AIMAS has created a history by successfully attempting a record of preparing world’s largest vegetable lasagne, it took a lot of efforts to achieve the fame of India Book of Record Holder.
In the attempt , Chef Saurabh Sharma along with five chefs and 150 students AIHMAS, Jaipur, Rajasthan prepared the heaviest vegetable Lasagna, 12 ft long 6 ft wide and weighing 790.00 kg, at the AIHMAS campus, Jaipur on Jan 25th, 2018. Made in 6 hrs, the Lasagna used several ingredients. The Lasagna was displayed at the AIHMAS campus and been served to over 1500 needy kids and NGO’s working for the cause; it was a memorable experience for all our lovely students.
